By accessing, registering on, or using the kc1111 platform in any capacity — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other interface made available by kc1111 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kc1111 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kc1111 platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

kc1111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kc1111 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

To register and maintain an account on kc1111, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that they have previously used to deposit. Any attempt to circumvent this policy will be treated as a potential fraud indicator and may result in account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities.

All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on kc1111 are governed by the rules set out in this section and by any additional game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to that game or sport.

Sports Betting: Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by kc1111's system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a clear and manifest error in odds (such as a pricing error that does not reflect the true market price), kc1111 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.

Live In-Play Betting: kc1111 offers in-play betting on select cricket matches, football games, and other live sporting events. In-play odds update in real time based on match conditions. kc1111 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly in response to significant match events. Bets placed after the outcome of an event — including bets placed due to a delay in live data feeds — will be voided.

Casino & Slot Games: All kc1111 casino games and slot titles use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure game fairness. kc1111 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as published by each game provider. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical fault, the affected game round will be voided and the player's stake returned.

• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing any bet or entering any game round.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games and are displayed within the relevant betting interface or game window.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kc1111 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer more than once, exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems, or systematically wagering in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with kc1111's platform without prior written authorisation from kc1111.
• Hacking & System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to kc1111's systems, databases, or player accounts; introducing malicious code; or otherwise interfering with the normal operation of the platform.

Voluntary Closure: Players may close their kc1111 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, kc1111 will process any pending verified withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's last-used payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure typically takes effect within 5 business days of the confirmed request.

Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons should clearly state this in their closure request. Self-exclusion requests are handled with priority and will result in the account being closed within 24 hours. Separately, players may activate a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) via the kc1111 Account Settings panel without permanently closing the account. During a cooling-off period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.

Involuntary Suspension: kc1111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Identification of the player as being under 18 years of age.
• Request from a competent authority or law enforcement agency.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player against kc1111 transactions.

In cases of involuntary suspension due to a confirmed Terms breach, kc1111 is not obligated to return any funds held in the account. Where a suspension is under investigation and no breach has been confirmed, the real-money balance will be held securely until the matter is resolved.
